Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by visiting your insurance website. You can also ask your primary physician's office or our office the following questions:
Unfortunately, we do not accept Medi-cal or Insurances obtained from Covered California (Healthcare Marketplace/Exchange).
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Below is a Paypal link that will accept payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, particularly sleep tests, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, then you may be subject to cancellation fees.

- Do I need a pre-authorization for services?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- Do I have a co-pay? If so, how much is it?
